These exciting awards come on the heels of Harry Norman’s first-ever virtual Town Hall which took place last week. The event consisted of 600 virtual attendees and honored successes despite COVID-19, as well as a discussion of what’s to come in 2021 with Bonura and Marketing and Communications Director, Luke Trigwell. A comprehensive look back at 2020 was shown and included the obstacles Harry Norman overcame, growth examples, community support activations, agent learning opportunities and internal initiatives for connection and market updates such as HN Insider and the weekly Real Estate Buzz.
Bonura also focused on how the team didn’t just have a great year because demand was up, but because they adapted well to change and embraced resources available to Harry Norman agents. She also looked ahead in 2021, gave specific goals for the company and announced the new initiative “Harry Norman Success Circle.” In addition, Trigwell shared details on new marketing initiatives for 2021, including a partnership with RoofAI to accelerate lead generation efforts, a new chat function on Harry Norman’s website for real-time elevated customer service, an opportunity with Adwerx for automated digital advertising for all agents, brand marketing campaigns and exclusive luxury events throughout the year.
