ATLANTA, GA - Berkshire Hathaway HomeServices Georgia Properties (BHHS) is pleased to announce the promotion of DeAnn Golden to Regional Manager and Senior Vice President. As Regional Manager, she will oversee the Dunwoody, Smyrna/Vinings, Historic College Park/Gateway, Northwest, Douglasville, East Cobb and Woodstock offices. She will also continue to oversee all training and coaching initiatives for the company.
A native of Athens, Georgia, Golden is a second-generation real estate broker who started her career in 1995. Prior to joining BHHS in 2004, she fulfilled numerous leadership roles in the Athens, Georgia and Charleston, South Carolina real estate markets.

A graduate of the University of Georgia, Golden is a Certified Mentor for Brian Buffini’s 100 Days to Greatness and was awarded with a Top Mentor in the Nation Award by Buffini and Company in 2006. She currently serves on the national advisory board for Buffini & Company and on the Board of Directors for the Atlanta Board of REALTORS® where she also served as President and Public Relations Chair. Golden was appointed to the Governor's Board of Directors for the Georgia Institute of Real Estate and was Co-Chair of Habitat for Humanity.
