GARDNERVILLE, NV - Chase International recently welcomed Lisa Ballard, James Courtney and Kate Emory to its Carson Valley office located in Gardnerville, NV.
Throughout her career path, Lisa Ballard has been involved with her family in the real estate business and has sold property throughout the West for the past 15 years.
Prior to serving home buyers and sellers, Ballard was a sales representative in the gift industry and worked with her mother within an interior design store. Through those experiences she relished the opportunity to share her creative mindset, business communication skills and sales savvy.
“My clients refer to me as a ‘home concierge,’ as I love to stage, showcase and market their homes’ personality,” said Ballard.
Taking great pride in connecting the right people to the right home, Ballard is an exceptional networker that continues to use her skills to exceed her clients’ every expectation. Her ability to present a home in its perfect light comes naturally to Ballard who is a creative homemaker at heart who loves to cook, decorate and entertain as often as possible.
With his endless energy to help others live a good life, James Courtney’s humanitarian approach to the real estate business is indeed unrivaled in every way. Throughout his entire career, Courtney has been involved in patient care as a medical care facilitator and patient advocate with the Veteran’s Administration and local hospitals as well.
Combining this experience with his allegiance as a caseworker in the Public Defender’s office and human resource recruiter, Courtney developed his heart-based skills to do whatever it took to help those who needed his wisdom most.
Within his real estate career, there is no change in the way that he respects his clients’ desires.
“They can expect kindness, caring and considerate communication to help us personally connect and prepare them for their journey ahead,” said Courtney.
Within his own life, Courtney values every moment that he can share with his family – be it camping, hiking or exploring the Valley’s endless assets in the great outdoors.
Following her grandfather’s footsteps, Kate Emory is a reflection of her mentor who was in the San Francisco Bay Area real estate business for over 20 years. Throughout Emory’s life, he guided her in the qualities one needs to succeed in the business and help her clients thrive as they make some of the biggest decisions in their lives.
Among the list of skills that Emory offers her clients today is her ability to listen, welcome open communication, provide local market knowledge and have an unfaltering commitment to her clients’ aspirations, all of which come naturally to Emory who has been involved in customer service all her life.
“It is my purpose and pleasure to develop lasting client relationships and assist them with all their needs to find the perfect home or list their home at the best value in the market today,” said Emory.
In addition to her background in the industry, Emory has relocated from the Bay Area which makes her one of the best resources for those new to the area. She fully understands what it is like to move from the city and immerse oneself into a quiet and classic country lifestyle.
