The merger, which brings together two highly successful Brevard County brokerages, will give the companies a distinct advantage in the increasingly competitive world of real estate. Both companies specialize in selling new and resale homes, luxury construction, single family homes, condos and waterfront properties.
Vista Florida Realty was founded in 2014 by Grace Vista. A native of Annapolis, Maryland, Vista has been a licensed realtor since 2004, earning her Broker’s license in 2014. As an accomplished agent, Vista has won numerous awards, including "Top Producer," "Top Sales," "Million-in-a-Month Sales" and "Leading Edge Sales." Deciding to merge with another company wasn’t an easy decision until she met with the DSRE team. “About a year ago, different larger companies started approaching me about the possibility of selling my company,” Vista said. 
“They watched us grow from a three-agent firm in 2014 when we opened, to a thriving 28-agent brokerage a few years later. But I wasn’t interested in selling my company because I did not want to become a franchise and I also wanted to be able to keep providing the best possible service to our clients as well as my agents.”

The merger combines the talents of almost 300 highly-skilled, licensed sales agents and support staff. DSRE was founded in Indian River County more than 42 years ago.
