Properties include 200 Sesame Street for $12.2 million, 530 Divide Drive for $8.05 million and 639 N Fourth Street for $7.4 million.
200 Sesame Street sold on September 4th for $12.2 million. Wells was the listing agent along with Susan C. Plummer, also of Coldwell Banker Mason Morse Real Estate. This 5,626-square-foot designer masterpiece is located close to the city center and offers panoramic views of Aspen Mountain, Buttermilk and Mt. Sopris. 
The home is landscaped with many nature-focused elements including a dramatic waterfall, two ponds and many lush trees and botanicals. 530 Divide Drive also sold on September 4th for $8.05 million and Wells represented the buyer. Located in Snowmass’ Ski Area, the property provides direct ski-in and out access and views of Mt. Daly.
630 N. Fourth Street sold on September 1st for $7.4 million. Wells represented the seller. The home is located in West End and had been recently remodeled. With more than 3,500 square feet of living space, the home achieved a price per square-foot of $2,031. Photos can be found here.
