This sale price is a record for 2020 in the Aspen real estate market. The home achieved a price per square-foot of $3,180.55. Wells represented both the seller and buyer in the transaction. 

34 Placer Lane is a seven-bedroom, 10-bathroom new construction home perched on Red Mountain with views from Independence Pass to Mt. Sopris. The Contemporary Modern Mountain design of the 10,014-square-foot home is by notable architects Ro Rockett Design.
