PARADISE VALLEY, AZ – Walt Danley Christie’s International Real Estate top-luxury real estate agents Libby Cohen and Julie Rohr represented the buyer of a $2,500,000 estate that closed this week in a highly coveted, private neighborhood in Paradise Valley, Arizona. Even more special than the gorgeous views from this mountain-top property is the story behind the sale.
About a year ago, a young couple in search of their new dream home contacted Rohr. They wanted a view lot but weren’t sure what neighborhood to look. Rohr and Cohen teamed up, showing them several communities and they fell in love with the private mountainside area of Clearwater Hills and decided this was the location they wanted to live. Cohen showed the couple different properties in Clearwater Hills during their several visits to the area and one property they had their eyes on was an abandoned home on the highest lot. 
Julie Rohr and Libby Cohen tried various ways to contact the seller of that lot but were told he would never sell it. Most recently, the buyers came to town to look at a lot listed by Scott Grigg of The Grigg’s Group. Unfortunately, it was under contract.

Determined, Rohr reached out to Grigg to see if he had any other listings in the exclusive Clearwater Hills neighborhood. Unbelievably, he said he would be listing the very lot they wanted - the one they were told would never go on the market. It was a done deal. Cohen and Rohr wrote an offer that day and closed three weeks later.
