SANTA CRUZ, CA - David Lyng Real Estate is pleased to announce it has named a new Chief Executive Officer and Managing Broker, Morgan Lyng Lukina. This announcement aligns with the company’s 40- year anniversary of being in business in Santa Cruz County and 10-year anniversary in Monterey County. 
David Lyng Real Estate was founded by David and Sally Lyng in 1980 with a mission to provide a full-service brokerage focused on delivering an exceptional client experience. Since that time and under the same vision, they have organically grown their business to include six offices in two counties and over 200 REALTORS®.
Morgan Lyng Lukina is David and Sally’s youngest daughter and she has been working for the firm for 10 years. Previously, she worked in commercial real estate in San Francisco, and prior to that, she graduated from UC Berkeley with a degree in Business Administration. She lives in Santa Cruz with her husband, Greg Lukina, who is also a REALTOR® and their two young sons. Her sister, Megan Lyng, and brother-in-law, Marcus Vidrine, also work as REALTORS® at the company so it is a true family business. This year is also special for Morgan as she is serving as the 2020 President of the Santa Cruz County Association of REALTORS®. “This has been a challenging year for everyone,” says Morgan, “but also a year of new opportunities and a time of self-reflection for individuals and companies alike.” Morgan looks forward to continuing to uphold the values of professionalism, integrity and leadership that are the founding pillars of David Lyng Real Estate but also help lead the company into the future.
