Chris SandersThe Pricing Strategy Advisor (PSA) certification is specifically designed to enhance a licensed Realtor’s skills in pricing properties, creating CMAs, working with appraisers and guiding clients through the anxieties and misperceptions they often have about home values.

Chris began his real estate career on Hilton Head Island over 20 years ago as a residential Real Estate Appraiser. For the past seven years, he has been a licensed Real Estate Broker for Collins Group Realty.
