Tohill brings six years of experience as a Realtor and Military Relocation Professional at an established real estate firm in Savannah. With a bachelor’s and master’s degree in Accounting from the University of Mississippi, Tohill previously served as a Certified Public Accountant specializing in taxation at PriceWaterhouse Coopers. She also worked as the corporate tax manager for a global corporation, handling treasury functions and international tax credit calculations as well as federal and state tax returns.
As a Realtor, Tohill has earned acclaim for her work with first-time home buyers in Savannah, Richmond Hill and Pooler and for her management of short-term vacation rentals. She has extensive knowledge of the Savannah-area real estate market and is a skilled negotiator.
