Windermere Homes and Estate’s Chad Basinger Earns Prestigious Certified Residential Specialist (CRS) Designation

The CRS Designation is the highest credential awarded to residential sales agents, managers and brokers. Only three percent REALTORS® nationwide have earned this credential.

In order to obtain the CRS designation, under the Pro Program, Chad had to meet the following requirements; 16 hours of Residential Real Estate Council education, 10+ years as a licensed real estate agent, 150 transactions total or an average of $1 million per year with at least 40 transactions, a member in good standing of the Residential Real Estate Council and a member in good standing of the National Association of REALTORS®. 

Home buyers and sellers can be assured that CRS Designees subscribe to the strict REALTOR® Code of Ethics, have access to the latest technology and are specialists in helping clients maximize profits and minimize costs when buying or selling a home.
