Comparing year-to-date statistics through February of this year to the same time frame of last year, total sales volume for luxury listings increased by nine percent. The number of listings sold followed a similar upward trend, also growing by nine percent through February, bringing the total quantity of sold luxury properties to 234 homes this year. The average days on market within this category of homes decreased from 86 days through February of last year to 79 days through February of this year, an 8% drop. This metric helps illustrate an increase in demand for luxury homes in Denver Metro.
