Born and raised in New York City, Lopez started his career in IT in the late 80’s. In 1997, he had the opportunity to move his family to Fort Lauderdale and begin work for a pharmaceutical company. As a pharmaceutical consultant, he visited Melbourne and fell in love with the area. Now, a full-time resident of Melbourne, Lopez is utilizing his varied skills to help his real estate customers both buy and sell listings. A critical thinker, Lopez enjoys analyzing the local real estate market and helping his customers navigate the complex real estate transaction. He truly believes in delivering white glove concierge style customer service. Lopez specializes in residential, luxury and waterfront properties.
