SHREWSBURY, NJ - Thomas McCormack, Senior Partner and Broker/Owner of Resources Real Estate, has completed the T3 Fellows executive management program for real estate broker/owners as a member of the Spring 2020 class.
The MBA-like program delivers a year-long curriculum focused exclusively on business-specific solutions for the residential real estate brokerage industry, and it is delivered through an extensive one-on-one mentoring schedule, in-person mastermind workshops and monthly web conferences.
The curriculum covers all vital aspects of building and expanding a real estate brokerage business. It specifically focuses on growing brokerage revenue by recruiting the agents that best fit each company; improving profitability by increasing agent sales; creating powerful branding and marketing programs; and leveraging lead generation and conversion for more sales.
