Gordie Lazich and Nick Stepan will work from the company’s Village Office located at the Village on Venetian Bay.Lazich was born and raised in Niagara Falls, Ontario, Canada. After living in various U.S. cities, and visiting Naples area for more than fifteen years, she moved to Naples in 2004 to live full-time. Lazich has been a licensed Florida Realtor since 2005. Her schooling includes Post secondary education at York University, Toronto, Canada and a double major in Physical Education and Geography at Bowling Green State University in Bowling Green, Ohio. Lazich’s work history encompasses a position as Special Events Director for Celebrity Events Network where she was responsible for the coordination of celebrities appearances at venues in the U.S. and Canada. A former dance choreographer and music instructor, Lazich also taught traditional arts to hundreds of children of Serbian lineage. She is a member of the Naples Area Board of REALTORS (NABOR).Stepan’s hometown is Chicago Illinois. He earned a bachelor’s degree in communications from Eastern Illinois University in Charleston, Illinois.
