Named are Jim Goldsmith, regional managing broker; Gary Scenti, managing broker; Katie Keltner, regional office manager; and Debbie Ford, assistant regional office manager. The team will oversee the three offices in Brevard County, including the Indialantic, Cocoa Village and Suntree/Viera locations.

Goldsmith has been a sales agent since 1999 and was named Managing Broker of DSRE’s downtown Vero Beach office in 2016. He previously owned his own real estate firm has had experience managing multiple real estate offices.

Scenti has been a licensed sales agent for 18 years, a broker associate for 14 years and with Dale Sorensen Real Estate since 2018. He is licensed in a variety of areas, including, a Florida Licensed Real Estate Broker; Florida Licensed Real Estate Instructor IFREC Real Estate School Qualified to teach classes for Florida Real Estate (63-Hour Sales Associate Licensing, 72-Hour Broker Licensing Classes, 45-Hour Sales Associate Post Licensing, Real Estate Core Law for Continuing Education, 14-Hour Continuing Education, 4-hour Escrow Management Course State Exam Prep Classes for Sales Associates and Broker Licensing State Exams); and Florida Licensed Community Association Manager. Scenti was previously a Broker/Owner of a real estate firm in Sonoma, California.

Keltner received her real estate license in 2015. She has been with DSRE for more than 8 years. Prior to that, she was in the banking and finance industry. With her finance background, support and leadership experience, along with her vast knowledge of real estate, she will lead and manage DSRE across all the markets they serve.

Ford has also been with DSRE for more than 8 years. Her extensive work history as an administrative assistant, along with her attention to detail and organizational skills, have made her an invaluable asset to DSRE.
