DENVER, CO – Kentwood Real Estate will celebrate its top producing Broker Associates and real estate teams at the annual Kentwood Awards Dinner on Thursday, February 20 at 6 p.m. at the ART, a hotel in downtown Denver’s Golden Triangle Creative District.
In 2019, Kentwood Real Estate closed over $2.079 billion in total sales volume and over 3,000 residential real estate transactions. The luxury real estate brokerage’s overall average sales price notably rose year over year to $767,556. To qualify for the prestigious awards dinner, individual Realtors must have closed over $10 million in sales production and real estate teams must have closed over $15 million for the year.
