Merlin has been a sales associate since 1984. She began her career in Palm Beach where she worked at some of the world’s most prestigious real estate firms. She was also membership director at the Mar-a-Lago Club. She relocated to Vero Beach in 2019 after visiting a friend and falling in love with the cosmopolitan, yet laid back, feel of the community.
As an accomplished real estate professional with a proven track record, Merlin has been a Top Producer in the luxury property arena. She has outstanding experience in negotiating real estate transactions.
Merlin grew up in Rockland County and lived in Westchester County, New York prior to moving to Florida. She attended American University in Washington D.C. where she majored in English Literature. She has also had a career as an actor and has appeared in Grey’s Anatomy, Glee, Grandfathered and additional movies, TV shows and commercials. Her hobbies include Scottish and English Country dancing.
