And back in town, Bragg and Armstrong represented the seller in the sale of 576 South Elizabeth Street, a stunning modern home in the Polo Club neighborhood of Denver. This one-of-a-kind property was sold for $8,500,000 in April of 2019. Set on 3.5 acres, the home was artfully designed by Seattle-based architect Jim Olson of Olson Kundig and its landscape design was inspired by the mountains and plains surrounding Denver.

LIV SIR brokers Josh Behr and Linda Behr represented both the buyer and seller of this iconic seven-bedroom, five-bathroom home set on 2.36 acres in one of the most sought-after communities in Metro Denver.

LIV SIR broker Casey Karsh Perry represented the buyer in the sale of 4949 South Fairfax Street.
