The five brokers recognized in the list of the top 10 performing real estate professionals are Tye Stockton, Malia Cox Nobrega, Barbara Scrivens, Patrick Barrett, and David McHugh. Brokers were ranked based on the number of homes they listed, the number of homes they sold, their total sales volume and their average sales numbers. Tye Stockton has been assisting homebuyers and sellers in the resort communities for nearly 30 year. He is also ranked as the #131 Individual Agent in the USA by The Wall Street Journal and the Top Individual Agent in Vail for 2018, with over $105 million in sales. In August of last year, Stockton represented the seller of 2950 Booth Creek Drive in Vail, Colorado which sold for an astonishing $20,750,000. A resident of Vail Valley for 26 years, Barbara Scrivens’ sales production consistently ranks within the top 3% for the Vail Valley. Malia Cox Nobrega hit the ground running in her full time real estate sales career by being named Rookie Of The Year by Who's Who In Luxury Real Estate.
