RENO, NV - Chase International recently welcomed three new agents to their offices in Northern Nevada real estate offices. Joining the Reno, NV office are Kristen Lusk Smith and Erin Albright. Patricia Shulman joined the Sparks, NV office.
Stated by her clientele as the epitome of a professional real estate agent, Kristen Lusk Smith is one of the most respected in the luxury real estate field.
Her life-long experience is just the beginning of the knowledge that Smith offers her clients through Chase International’s Reno, NV, office.
Throughout her accomplished career, Smith acquired a B.A. in Urban Planning from the University of Southern California and continued to earn her M.B.A. from the University of California, Berkeley, with an emphasis on real estate finance.
Her education built on her upbringing as the daughter of one of Orange County’s most prolific home builders, the Lusk Company. From both of her parents she learned the determination, integrity, and sheer grit that one must have to succeed.
“I treat each property sale or purchase with the same care and evaluation as if it were my own,’ said Smith. “I error on over-communication in order to help my clients achieve the best possible outcome.”
Equal to her love of the business is her appreciation of the Reno area where her family once ran a working cattle ranch on the outskirts of town.
As a former Deputy Attorney General for the state of Nevada, Erin Albright brings a very sophisticated understanding of contract law and Nevada regulations in particular. Pair that background with a father who is a prominent Justice of the Peace, and mother who is a retired Realtor, one can rest assured Albright is well prepared to tackle any challenge at hand through Chase International’s Reno, NV, office.
As one who successfully represented the state in a variety of capacities, her attention to detail, tenacity and problem-solving aptitude are certainly keys to her success.
“My legal career introduced me to the acquisition and development of property along with the legal issues that arise with the buying and selling of property,” said Albright. “This transition allows me to combine my legal expertise with my passion for the real estate industry.”
As a Reno native, Albright also has a personal perspective about the Reno market and an extensive list of contacts as well. Within her active lifestyle, she donates her legal expertise to disadvantaged locals while she enjoys the endless assets of her hometown.
With a quest to be her clients ‘real estate agent for life,’ Patricia Shulman will do whatever it takes to exceed her clients’ expectations through Chase International’s Sparks, NV office.
For over a dozen years, she has been following her heart’s desire to assist home buyers and sellers throughout Northern Nevada. With her years of experience, finding the ‘right solution’ is just part of what Shulman’s clients can expect. She truly cares about her clients, their investment and the personal choices they need to make from the very beginning of the process to long after the sale is complete.
“I listen to my client’s needs, reflect and retain their personal desires and relentless research the market until I find the right solution,” said Shulman.
Two of her most exceptional traits are her ability to remain patient and pursue each challenge as if it were her own.
First time home buyers and seniors, in particular, find Shulman’s level of attention and caring nature, the perfect fit for their specific needs and dreams.
