Throughout her career, Givan set new standards that are now a benchmark style within her real estate career.
She started in the mortgage business, and from that point forward, Givan strengthened her skills and contacts through every endeavor.

She invested nine years as an account executive for two major mortgage lenders which opened her eyes to the challenges and rewards that come with the job at hand. This experience refined her insight about the financing process which she passes on to her clients as an added benefit.
Givan was also the regional director of sales for a large vacation rental management company in the Lake Tahoe/Truckee region. This inspired her to help families understand the true value of their property as an investment or home to preserve for generations to come.
