TRUCKEE, CA - Sierra Sotheby’s International Realty proudly welcomes Brian Grocott to their talented team of California real estate associates. A native of Truckee, CA, Grocott recently moved back to the Sierra after living and working in Capitola.
A graduate of the University of Nevada, Reno, Grocott earned his Bachelor of Arts degree in business management. He then discovered a passion for real estate which led to a prosperous career as a licensed realtor and real estate broker specializing in sales and investment.
In the last 15 years, Grocott has spearheaded the purchase, renovation and sale of over 600 homes spanning 
three states and totaling over $170 million in sales volume. He is well versed in all aspects of real estate including, single-family homes, investment properties, condos, rentals, renovation, design and much more.
He currently manages a successful real estate investment company and a large rental portfolio. In addition to real estate, Grocott also served as a Director for the Tahoe Sierra Board of Realtors and continues to do consulting work for a real estate private equity group.
In his free time, he enjoys mountain biking, stand-up paddle boarding and experiencing everything the Sierra has to offer.
He looks forward to bringing his extensive knowledge and experience to the Sierra Sotheby’s International Realty team.
