He continues today in that realm as Director of the Claude Konrath Group, a development company that specializes in custom homes, office buildings and subdivisions. In 2012, four years after joining the CIGDL, he was elected as president of the committee; wherein he focused on the introduction of a new code of deontology, elevating the professionalism and integrity of those within the real estate industry.
Steadily on the lookout for the market and its evolution, Jean-Paul stays at the forefront of industry trends and is a regular speaker on several topics, including real estate investments and economics.
