The conference, which was held in Washington D.C., brings together top real estate professionals and speakers from around the world to connect and have discussions on the latest trends in the luxury real estate industry. This year, LIV Sotheby’s International Realty, who is part of the exclusive Board of Regents for the Who’s Who in Luxury Real Estate, was well represented at the event with three brokers receiving awards and the firm’s senior vice president, marketing and communications, Kristen Muller, leading a panel discussion geared toward real estate marketing best practices and communication strategies.Members of the LIV Sotheby’s International Realty team network with others at the 24th Annual Luxury Real Estate Fall Conference.

“The Luxury Real Estate Board of Regents is a top-notch group of real estate professionals who come together several times a year to network and refer business. This global network specializes in the luxury sector and by coming together to collaborate, we guarantee more exposure for our agents, our properties and our firm. We are so very proud to be recognized among the best of the best,” said Muller.

LIV SIR’s very own Tye Stockton was one of four agents inducted into the LRE® Billionaire’s Club this year. The Billionaire’s Club Award is bestowed upon individuals who have sold at least $1 billion in real estate throughout their career. Stockton is a top-performing broker in the state of Colorado and consistently closes significant sales for his clients throughout the Vail Valley and beyond.

“My induction into The Billionaires’ Club is an incredible honor achieved only with the help of my highly skilled team and the trust of my many valued clients. To reach the billion-dollar sales threshold is a reflection of many years of diligent and purposeful work that I genuinely enjoy and am grateful for each day,” commented Stockton.

24th Annual Luxury Real Estate Fall Conference awardsOther award recipients included Malia Cox Nobrega and Barbara Scrivens. Nobrega and Scrivens were recognized for the significant sale of Via La Favorita, in Edwards, Colorado, which sold for $15,454,000 – the highest priced residential sale in nearly a decade in the neighborhoods outside Vail and Beaver Creek Resorts and the highest priced residential sale ever recorded in Edwards.

“This was the highest price residential estate sold in the history of Edwards,” noted Nobrega. “Via La Favorita is a very unique home and so we needed a very unique buyer. Not only someone who could afford such a substantial purchase but also someone who embraced the concept of a legacy estate that was not a traditional style for the area. With its timeless quality, this estate will be just as incredible 200 years from now as it is today.”

“It is truly an honor to receive the Significant Sale Award from LRE®, which represents such prestige within the global real estate community. With over 130,000 broker associates, LRE® is the perfect complement to Sotheby's International Realty. The sale of Via la Favorita perfectly aligns with both organizations' distinguished reputations and strategic global reach,” said Scrivens.

LIV SIR was also awarded the Master Networker Award for the outstanding presence and participation within the Who's Who in Luxury Real Estate Board of Regents network. This award celebrates the huge amount of effort that each and every member of the LIV SIR team puts into expanding the firm’s network and strengthening relationships to better serve clients.
