SHREWBURY, NJ - Resources Real Estate recognized several sales associates with awards to honor their outstanding achievements for July 2019. The company meeting took place on August 14th at the Resources Real Estate sales office in Shrewsbury, NJ and was hosted by Thomas McCormack, broker and senior partner. 
Sales Associate Gina Farkouh, who works in the Rumson office, was named Agent of the Month. This award is given to an agent in recognition of his or her sales success in the previous month, including new listings, recent contracts and sold transactions, as well as past client recognition of their efforts and other business-building activities. Gina’s total business for the month of July amounted to an impressive $12 million.
Gina Farkouh was recognized with two additional awards: Top Listing Agent and Regency Award which is presented to an agent with an exceptionally high level of production in a single month. “Gina continues to grow and thrive as a part of Resources. We couldn’t be more proud of her success and her listing inventory is truly impressive as it includes a great deal of waterfront new construction.”
Commercial agent Scott Sieh, Atlantic Highlands office was awarded Commercial Agent of the Month. “Scott demonstrates all of the qualities required in a successful commercial real estate agent,” said JoAnn Davenport, Resources Real Estate commercial real estate manager.
Sales Associate Michele Coyle, also from the Rumson office, was presented with the Featured Luxury Agent Award, which is an award given to a sales associate active in the luxury market with a residential listing above $1 million. Coyle, a member of Who's Who in Luxury Real Estate’s Board of Regents, represented the buyers for the property at 2 Red Oak Run, Holmdel listed for $1,350,000.
The Rainmaker Award was given to agents Gina Farkouh, Raymond Rapcavage and Kathleen Mancini from the Rumson office. This award is given to a sales associate for his or her efforts to build their business in an innovative or otherwise significant way. They did so in the marketing of 809 Navesink River Road, an amazing property with home straight out of a period film.
The Perseverance Award was presented to John C. Murphy from the Atlantic Highland office. This award is given to an agent who closed a transaction despite many challenges. Murphy successfully closed the transaction which involved an out-of-country client, repair issues and more.
Lastly, Diane McGregor from the Atlantic Highlands office received the Team Spirit Award given to a sales associate who extends him or herself to help colleagues and office staff. McGregor was of great support to an agent transitioning from another brokerage firm.
