“As we close the first half of 2019, we do so with pride and excitement for the remainder of the year, as we’ve seen a 56% increase in our company’s single-family home sales,” said McCormack.

Sales associate Allison Gregory, from the Shrewsbury office, was named Agent of the Month, an award given to an agent with top sales success in the previous month, including new listings, recent contracts and sold transactions, as well as past client recognition of their efforts and other business-building activities. Allison Gregory, AOM

“Allison’s clients repeatedly mention her professionalism and the fact that she goes above and beyond their expectations of what a real estate agent normally does,” said McCormack. “Allison is a true representation of a Resources agent and her success is well deserved.”

Gina FarkouhSales associate Gina Farkouh, who works in the company’s Rumson office, was named Top Listing Agent for having the greatest number of new listings. “Gina is a go-getter who never loses personal touch with her clients,” said Rumson office manager, Irene Zitzner. “She is a big part of our success in the first half of 2019.”

Stacey FarinacciCommercial agent Stacey Farinacci from the Rumson office was awarded Commercial Agent of the Month. “Stacey has helped our commercial division to reach #1 among Monmouth Ocean Regional Realtors in the first half of this year,” said JoAnn Davenport, commercial real estate division manager. 

Shannon TellecheaThe Featured Luxury Agent Award was presented to sales associate Shannon Tellechea from the Shrewsbury office. This recognition is given to a sales associate active in the luxury market with a residential listing or sale above $1 million. Tellechea, a member of Luxury Real Estate’s Board of Regents, currently represents the four-bedroom, two-and-a-half-bathroom home at 78 Ridge Road in Rumson, listed for $1,250.000.

Nick McCabeSales Associate Nicholas McCabe, Rumson office, received the Perseverance Award, an honor presented to an agent who closes a transaction despite great challenges. McCabe overcame numerous hurdles, successfully closing on a waterfront property in Middletown. McCabe was also recognized with the Significant Sale award for the sale of 445 Locust Point Road at $3,615,000.

Patrice CardenThe Rainmaker Award was presented to sales associate Patrice Carden, Shrewsbury office, an honor bestowed to a sales associate for her efforts to build business in an innovative or otherwise significant way. Patrice organized a luxury marketing event called “Car, Crepes and Champagne,” a one-of-a-kind happening attended by over 200 guests eager to experience a gathering of exotic automobiles valued at over $40 million as well as an incredible 17,500-square-foot waterfront home in Rumson, NJ.

“Patrice’s creativity and true ‘make it happen’ attitude is a wonderful thing to see in action,” said Helen George, manager of the Shrewsbury Sales office. “This was truly an incredible event.”

Sahar KarykousLastly, sales associates Sahar Karykous, Shrewsbury office, received the Team Spirit Award for continual support of her fellow agents who have been in need of a helping hand.

“We are immensely proud of what we have achieved thus far this year,” said McCormack, “not only for our strong sales but also for launching our Shrewsbury sales office, creating the Carolynn Ozar Diakon Foundation to honor our late founder and receiving a Top Workplace Award from NJ.com.
