ATLANTA GA – The summer issue of The Beacham Series recently debuted at a French-inspired gala reception celebrating the completion of an authentic Provencal estate at 1845 River Forest Road in Buckhead that was attended by some of Atlanta’s top real estate agents and clients of Beacham & Company, Realtors.
Guests were treated to French food, music and wine while touring the $5.6 million estate designed by William T. Baker and built by Young and Meathe Properties. The party also served as the launch of the latest issue of The Beacham Series, an exclusive publication of Beacham and Company that showcases more than $244 million in Atlanta residential real estate with an average listing price of nearly $3 million. At 76 pages, the Summer issue is the largest ever produced by Beacham and Company.
The cover photo has a distinct summer feel, featuring a view from the poolside cabana across the courtyard of the Keith Sommerour-designed estate at 5229 Riverview Road in north Buckhead. The home, which is situated on more than three exquisitely landscaped acres, features three levels connected by a spectacular wrought iron suspended stairway. The home has six bedrooms, seven full baths and one half bath and a four-car garage. The list price is $5,595,000.

The cover photo was taken by Blayne Beacham and selected by graphic designer Brittany Bingham, both members of the in-house marketing department at Beacham and Company.
The Beacham Series is published three times a year and has a distribution of 20,000. The magazine is mailed to households with incomes of $200,000 and home values of $700,000 or more in metro Atlanta’s most exclusive neighborhoods.
