Resources Real Estate Announces Newly Certified Commercial Sales Agents

Resources Real Estate BrokerSHREWSBURY, NJ - Resources Real Estate announced their most recently certified commercial real estate professionals. 

Broker-Salesperson, Eleanor “Trish” Murphy and Salespersons, Scott Seih and Lorien Kelly, each from the company’s Atlantic Highland office, have completed the Resources Real Estate Commercial Agent Certification Course.We passed!The 15 session certification course was developed by Resources Commercial Division manager JoAnn Davenport along with a commercial real estate education provider and trains agents on property valuation, commercial investor sales and leasing, including retail, office, mixed use and more.    

“Having completed this certification course, our agents are better equipped to service our commercial real estate clients,” said Davenport, “and we have already seen an increase in commercial sales and leasing activity as a result.”
