Better Homes and Gardens|Wine Country Group has combined forces with long-time Ukiah brokers Eric Garbocci and Trudy Ramos. They will be occupying 320 South State Street, the original library building in Ukiah and the former home of Beverly Sanders Real Estate.
Garbocci acquired the Beverly Sanders real estate sales and property management operations in 2018 and he will continue to operate the Beverly Sanders Property Management operation independently.

Garbocci and Ramos are active members of the Ukiah Realtor community, Ramos serving on several Realtor committees and is active in community service activities.
