The Top Workplaces list is based on employee feedback gathered by Energage, LLC, a leading research firm that specializes in technology-based employee engagement tools. Several aspects of workplace culture were measured including alignment, execution and connection by anonymous survey.

Having surveyed and studied over 57,000 organizations nationwide since 2006, the research firm can highlight strengths and weaknesses relating to workplace management, engagement and leadership.
