The Trendsetters are the “creative thinkers” who shape the real estate industry and inspire those around them to stand out in their communities and markets. From working with underserved communities to creating unique and customized marketing campaigns to training agents in smart home technology, to spotting future trends, to building better business operations, these leaders are setting the industry example to follow.

Zucker co-founded Team Denver Homes with Kentwood Real Estate Cherry Creek in January 2018. Even though the four-person team is new, it closed $35.8 million in sales last year, and projects a 2019 year-end production of at least $50 million. She handles operations, marketing, accounting, technology and sales and provides all-around support to the agents on the team.

"Being nominated by RISMedia emphasizes the unique way we conduct business, and it is both exciting and validating that the real estate industry is recognizing our unique approach to real estate and marketing,” stated Zucker. “I am extremely humbled to be selected for this award and to be amongst the top newsmakers in the industry."

Zucker frequently speaks at real estate conferences around the world and offer hands-on training for agents and brokerages. Before co-founding Team Denver Homes, Zucker worked in the technology field.
