Although the numbers are promising, Oliver agents have their work cut out for them in surpassing their own 2018 accomplishments, including a $40,000,000 record-setting sale; the highest lakefront sale ever on Tahoe's California side. Oliver’s quarter one count already includes four sales, double the count of the next competitor.
Oliver agents represent over $60,000,000 of lakefront inventory with additional listings being released with the fair weather. Although moving these monumental listings is a feat unto itself, the Oliver team is confident their wide-spread network of affluent buyers are up to the task.
