The third edition of the conclave comprised of a conference and an exhibition that brought together thought leaders and Dr. Rajiv Kumar (Vice Chairman, NITI Aayog) giving the Inaugural Addressindustry experts.

The Chief Guest for the conference was Dr. Rajiv Kumar, Vice Chairman NITI Aayog who spoke in detail about the need to help the Indian Real Estate market grow, which is predicted to double its contribution to the Indian GDP and become a $650 billion market by 2040.

Sessions across two days focused on various aspects of luxury real estate such as NRI investments, global mobility, luxury consumption in modern times and an overall understanding of how luxury as a concept is evolving globally.

Day One:

This session highlighted the various strategies which marketeers have brought on the table to create the culture of attraction.

Session 4 - Live Global

Owning a property overseas is becoming an increasingly popular trend for the world’s ultra-wealthy. This session discussed popular real estate options overseas, delving into the various factors that have shaped these economies to become favored destinations, both for living purposes as well as for establishing businesses.

Session 5 - Disruption as an Opportunity

Disruptive technologies and business models have revolutionized businesses. Disruption can be a powerful stimulus for growth through opportunities for incumbents as well as for start-ups. This session delved into the exciting journeys of new age companies, thriving in ever-evolving economic scenarios using cutting edge technology.

Session 2 Luxury: The Changing Landscape

Luxury is an ever-evolving concept. A decade ago, luxury was defined by brands and possession of tangible goods with prominent logos. Today, luxury is all about experience and lifestyle. This session talked about the new age definition of luxury and the importance of exclusive experience, across sectors.

Session 3 - Purpose of Life – The Global Perspective

Affluent Asians are fueling luxury consumption around the world for whom luxury encompasses all aspects of lifestyle. This session provided insights into the mind of the Asian luxury consumer impacting the direction in which many luxury brands and services are evolving, keeping in mind the demand of millennials.

Session 4 - Family Office and Investment Management: Global Options

In the light of generational mobility and cross border business expansion, several countries have come up with Citizenship by Investment (CBI) schemes, laying emphasis on investment opportunities, policies and legal regulations. This session covered the various cross border opportunities best suited for investments for family offices and next gen global diversification.
