Resources Real Estate Presents Sales Associates with the February Awards

Resources Real Estate logoSHREWSBURY, NJ - Resources Real Estate recognized several sales associates for their sales Christopher Ozarachievements during the month of February. The awards were announced during a company meeting on March 6th at the company’s new Shrewsbury sales office.

Sales Associate Christopher Ozar, a member of the Atlantic Highlands office, was named Agent of the Month. This award is given to an agent in recognition of his or her sales success in the previous month, including new listings, recent contracts and sold transactions, as well as past client recognition of their efforts, and other business-building activities.

Allison GregorySales associate Allison Gregory, Red Bank office, was named Top Listing Agent for several new listings.

“We are extremely proud of our sales associates’ performance this past month,” said Thomas McCormack, Managing Partner of Resources Real Estate. “Despite the freezing temperatures and snow storms hitting NJ in February, our agents proved once more that they can pull through and deliver.”

Toni Freer The Rainmaker Award was presented to sales associate Toni Freer from the Rumson office. This is an honor bestowed on a sales associate for his or her effort to build their business in an innovative or otherwise significant way. Freer was nominated by manager Irene Zitzner for “creating opportunities for herself and going above and beyond to get clients.”

Linda HughesSales Associate Linda Hughes, from the Rumson office, was presented with the Featured Luxury Agent Award, an honor given to a sales associate active in the luxury market with a residential listing above $1 million. Hughes received this award for the four-bedroom, three-and-a-half-bathroom new construction colonial home at 121 Hance Road listed for $1,000,000 which is part of The Reserve At Fairhaven, a five-home subdivision in Fair Haven, NJ.

Judy HoranThe Perseverance Award went to sales associate Judy Horan, Rumson office. This award is presented to an agent who successfully closes a transaction despite great challenges. Horan faced a particularly challenging transaction and was able to overcome multiple issues to help her clients achieve their goal.

Jeannette SiehLastly, sales associate Jeannette Sieh from the Atlantic Highlands office received the Team Spirit Award for her assistance in recent event marketing and promotion related to The Rumson Saint Patrick’s Day Parade, an annual event which is supported by the company.
