SHREWSBURY, NJ - Resources Real Estate recognized several sales associates for their sales achievements during the month of January. The awards were announced during a company meeting on February 6th at the company’s new Shrewsbury sales office.
For a second month in a row, Sales Associate Allison Gregory, a member of the company’s Red Bank office, was named Agent of the Month. This award is given to an agent in recognition of his or her sales success in the previous month including new listings, recent contracts and sold transactions, as well as client recognition of their efforts and other business-building activity.
“Allison has started the year off strong,” said Thomas McCormack, Senior Partner. “Just this month she was honored with the 2018 NJ Realtors Circle of Excellence Sales award and 2019 is already shaping up to be a great sales have grown because of it.”
The Top Listing Agent award honors the agent with the greatest number of new listings. For January, the recipient was Gina Farkouh, Rumson office, for three new listings totaling over four million dollars including the new Deauville Beach luxury waterfront development in Highlands. “Gina’s expertise in construction and development is a great contributor to her success,” said Thomas McCormack, Managing Partner. Gina also received the award for Team Spirit for being a supportive presence to her colleagues even while carrying a substantial new listing inventory.
The Commercial Agent of the Month award was presented to sales associate Stacey Farinacci, Rumson office, who had multiple commercial transactions totaling over $2 million. Stacey is a recent graduate of Resources Real Estate’s Commercial Real Estate Certification training.
Also presented at the meeting, the Rainmaker award to sales associate Silvia Ferreira, Rumson office. The Rainmaker award recognizes the efforts of agents to build their business in an innovative or otherwise significant way.
The Perseverance Award was presented to Colleen McGowan, from the Shrewsbury office, an honor given to an agent who closes a transaction despite great challenges.
Lorien Kelly from the Red Bank office was named Featured Luxury Agent and will be featured on LuxuryRealEstate.com for her listing at 123 Pershing Boulevard, Lavallette, NJ for $1,995,000 which is now under contract.
“Our 2019 is already off to a fantastic start and we expect this year to build on our past momentum with innovation and new business development,” said McCormack.
