BUFFALO, NY – HUNT Real Estate announces the promotion of Jennifer Maxian to the position of Director of Career Development. Maxian has been with HUNT since 2010, most recently as the Manager of Agent Technology. Maxian holds a master’s degree in Business and Marketing Education from Buffalo State College and brings to HUNT a background in teaching and curriculum design 
at both the secondary and collegiate levels, as well as years of experience as a high-performing real estate professional.
In her role as Director of Career Development, Maxian is responsible for developing and maintaining the training curriculum and methodology across all regions and core businesses of HUNT Real Estate. This includes coordinating the creation, production and delivery of all training materials. Maxian will also guide a team of Regional Trainers to ensure consistency across the organization.
