Summit County Colorado Real Estate Market Information – April 2016

The Summit County, Colorado real estate market continues to show signs of growth in 2016.  Through the first quarter of 2016, the average sales price has increased +8.74% ($611,710) compared to all of 2015 ($562,520).  The average sold price per square foot is also on the rise from $352 in 2015 up to $372 so far in 2016 which is an improvement of +5.48%.

Silverthorne CO Real Estate Market Report – April 2016

The Silverthorne CO real estate market is improving even though the average sales price is not back to the height of the market in 2008.  So far in 2016 the average sales price is $512,403 which is an improvement of +20.98% from the low in the past 10 years in 2011 when the average sales price was $423,518.  However, this is still slightly lower than the top in 2008 when the average sales price for Silverthorne CO real estatewas $528,134.  Average sold price per square foot is also improving with an increase of +5.95% in 2016 ($285/square foot) compared to 2015 ($269/square foot).

Rocker Tommy Lee is selling his Calabasas home for $5,995,000. Allyson Carter of Rodeo Realty is the listing agent. The 9,991 square foot property sits on its own hilltop in a secluded cul-de-sac. The home, located within the guard-gated area of the Vista Pointe community, has five bedrooms and six bathrooms. 

Dillon Colorado Real Estate Market Information – April 2016

The real estate market in Dillon, Colorado is recovering nicely with the average sold price the highest it has been in the past 10 years at $398,384 compared to $388,697 in 2015.  Buyers don’t fear  — the average sold price per square foot of $265 is still lower than the height of $280/square foot in 2008 in the Dillon Colorado real estate market.  However, the list price to sales price percentage is tightening up at 98% so far in 2016.

Keystone Colorado Real Estate Market Update – April 2016

The Keystone Colorado real estate market is slowly on the rise with a +6.47% increase in the average sales price so far in 2016 compared to 2015.  While the average sales price has increased from $432,912 to $460,927 the average sold price per square foot has increased to $336/SF from $335/SF.  Another great sign of recovery for the Keystone, CO real estate market is the list price to sales price percentage tightening up to 97%.
