It was a beautiful day in Park City. The sun was shining and it felt like my spring break college days. Not the usual beach trip, but the incredible mountains of the West. I had not skied for years, since I was 15 and I was ready to try it again. I couldn’t help but be nervous wondering if I was going to cause a commotion at the chairlift or make a complete fool out of myself and run into a tree. The nervousness vanished when I breathed in the fresh mountain air mixed with pine and felt the sun beating on my face. It just didn’t seem possible. I was enjoying the sunshine, yet there was plenty of powder underneath my skis.
