NEW YEAR, NEW PROJECTS!
Mikeli takes over nine dilapidated buildings in Pendes to convert them into a luxury hotel.
Our sole purpose has always been to improve people's quality of life, and if in addition to advising and accompanying them throughout the buying and selling process as a real estate company, we can create an innovative hospitality concept in an exclusive and differentiated place, we do it.
Our CEO and pioneer of the idea, Antonio Avilés, gave all the details last Monday in an interesting interview in El Diario Montañés. In that article he highlights that, after the pandemic "a new interest in villages will come" and for that reason, we have launched to develop this ambitious project in the village of Pendes.
"IF IT'S EXCLUSIVE, IT'S EXCLUSIVE" is the slogan that has been accompanying us when carrying out our real estate activity, but now it has become more meaningful than ever with this exciting idea, a luxurious and exclusive hotel in the mountains, full of comfort, maximum quality and luxury. Dedicated to all those people looking for a relaxing getaway in a completely natural environment.
Pendes is a charming village belonging to the region of Liébana. We find it tucked between mountains, on the northern slope of the beautiful Picos de Europa with stunning views of these ... an exceptional enclave next to the National Park. Its southern orientation, with stunning views of the peaks of Peña Ventosa, make it the sunniest village in the area. Its famous ‘Habario’, or millenary chestnut grove, with unique specimens, makes the place an ideal place to breathe, regain strength and contemplate the wonderful scenery. In addition, in Pendes was filmed the adaptation of the movie Heidi, the famous cartoon series of the 70's that has marked our childhood and that had to be located in a place that transported us directly to the pure essence of the Picos de Europa. Of its architectural heritage highlights the parish church of Nuestra Señora de la Batalla Naval, with an altarpiece of the XVI-XVIII centuries, and through which cross the Camino de Santiago and the Camino Lebaniego.
Many times what we want is not really what we need, but imagine having the privilege of living in a modern house in the city and enjoy your weekends in a place like this, no noise, no stress, and with all the comforts, just 1 and a half hours from Santander. Designed for nature and luxury lovers.
It is clear that we are not the best, but the easy way out would be easy to stop trying.
