Corporate Social Responsability (CSR)

October 6, 2010

I spent the day yesterday at a conferene with David Suzuki and some of the best minds working on saving our planet and making our lives more healthy and productive.  It makes you think about water conservaiton, daylight harvesting, transportation options and just about everything we take for granted.  We all undervalue water as it has always been abundant and "free" We take air for granted because we just breath and there it is!  Boy do we all need to take on the task of using less, recycling more and becoming good corporate socially responsable citizens.  This should be a major topic at our next conference with minds from IBM, Cisco, Passive Buidlers and engineers.  You will be amazed at what some people are  doing in our industry to make things last and be healthier.  Did you know that students working in a environmentally planned school get better marks?  Patients in environmentally build hospitals heal faster?

Imagine if we all took a few steps to make our homes more thoughful...maybe the world would be a better place.  Let's all commit to a realtor's movement for a better living experience...
