The bubble talk seems to be a myth, but I’m worried about a self fulfilling prophecy. The 3 million and up homes have slowed just a bit, but then again I had 2 of my 5 million go under contract last summer. The second home vacation people are excited about the area and are keeping the market moving at a steady pace. Over all I predict a leveling off, but certainly nothing as dramatic as is being predicted. I truly believe it will simply go back to a traditional 3 & 4 percent.
