With over6 secluded acres on the sandy, beaches of the tranquil Sea of Cortez and surrounded by magnificent fresh water estuaries, the natural abundance is a bird watchers fantasy and a fisherman’s dream come true. With no homes for miles in either direction you will be overwhelmed by the views and undisturbed beauty.

Entering this truly special property you will immediately feel the rich history of the hacienda. You will be pleasurably drenched manicured open spaces, including a dramatic central fountain with seating for 24. The expansive interior offers tremendous spaciousness and privacy for all guests who will be enthralled by the charming character of the home designed with Colonial Mexican Cabaña architecture, hand made Saltillo floors and unique palapa covered living areas and terraces.

Boasting elegantly casual comfort, the home has been custom decorated and lovingly appointed with three beautiful bedroom suites, and a fourth bedroom with additional sleeping for 4. Each is air-conditioned. There are three full bathrooms, as well as two fantastic outdoor showers, shaded by 25 year old Buganvilla, bursting with color, and the aroma of the gladiola trees. The master bathroom offers a double vanity, oversized shower and bathtub.

The hand made bovada brick ceiling is only one of the custom details in the modern kitchen complete with professional line appliances and every entertainment essential for up to 20 people. The open living/dining room has 20 foot vaulted palapa ceilings, dramatic custom lighting and the 12 foot mesquite dining table is feast ready with seating for 8. Floor to ceiling wooden French doors are in every room which open to the expansive covered beachfront terrace with two large, separate living areas, and outdoor dining for 8. There are spectacular unobstructed views throughout the home.

Amenities Sitting under the brilliant stars, undisturbed by natural light, you will find yourself sitting in the comfortable oversized Adirondack chairs, gazing at the fire at the outdoor fire lounge. Many tales of adventure and wisdom and scary stories have been told and shared by young and old under the shooting stars.

There is an outdoor gas grill and seating area, a very large manicured grass area for volley ball, croquet, and soccer. There is a tether ball area and included are a two persona kayak and a single, beach chairs and umbrellas, snorkel gear, air hockey table and darts, Frisbees, kites and beach toys. All charter fishing, fly fishing guides,(this home is in the sweet spot for fly fishing!) ATV rentals,and all activities can be prearranged easily with our experience.

There is an onsite caretaker at the home willing to assist with all of your needs.
We will be pleased to pre stock the home with everything you would need during your visit. For any additional items it is a short 6 minute trip to the fishing village of La Ribera where you will find a very well stocked grocery as well as very fresh vegetables and local specialties. A mid week clean is included as well as a departure clean. Additional maid services are available upon request.
