The Hamlet is composed of three luxury old-wood chalets built in the pure tradition of Savoie.

Nestled in the mountain, these three chalets have been thought out to give the aspect of a typical little mountain village with its square, its chalets and its little mountain-pasture low-ceilinged mazot chalets.

Located on the heights of MEGEVE at the foot of Mont d'Arbois, overlooking the valley with a view of MEGEVE, of Mont Jaillet, the hamlet includes 3 luxury brand-new old-wood-built chalets, facing south-west.

The Chalet with a living surface area of 134 m2 with terrace, can accommodate 7 persons.

It provides:

4 bedrooms:
a double bedroom with bathroom including a whirlpool bathtub
two bedrooms with bathroom including a multijet shower
a bedroom with single bed

A fitted kitchen including:
a refrigerator / freezer
a dishwasher
a (built-in) oven with heating vitroceramic hotplates (4 units)
a microwave oven
a lounge with a fireplace
a dining room

The terrace of 26 m2 which dominates MEGEVE is fitted with a Jacuzzi!

For your comfort, you will find at your disposal in particular:
a safe in each bedroom
a TV in each bedroom
a large screen with home cinema in the lounge with Video player and HIFI laser system
a telephone in each bedroom
a telephone in the lounge of the chalet

Warning: The access to the chalet is through a fairly long indoor staircase (many steps).

Shared facilities and common areas:
The tenants of the Hamlet have access to 500 m2 of the shared heated areas:
a garage with 12 parking spaces
a ski storage room for each chalet with shoe-drier
an equipped weights room
a run trainer
a bike
wall bars
a multipurpose body building bench
a car wash

*Week rate from Saturday 5 PM to Saturday 11.00 AM, for a capacity of 7 persons (adults and children alike). The proposed rate will be the same if the number of persons is less than 7 persons (except special conditions during periods outside school, or for long-term periods).

The rental fee for the Chalet includes the following services:
the supply of household and bathroom linen,
daily cleaning service,
new customer's products in the bathrooms,
the change of bed linen once a week, and the daily change of towels,
the provision of childcare equipment (cot, high-chair, pushchair,...)
high-speed internet WIFI connection in all the chalet,
caretaker's service,
service charges for the stay (water, electricity, heating, firewood).

Additional Pay Services:
provision of a Chef or of a person for the service,
supply of alcoholic beverages and non-alcoholic beverages,
childminding,
body care (massage, beauty care, physiotherapist, coach,...)
additional staff,
activities organized (ski coach, snowshoe outings, evening in mountain refuge, sled dog, ...)
transports,
supplementary services.

Not included in the rate:
The deposit in the event of damage caused during the stay of an amount of 4,000 euros inclusive, to be paid on arrival on the premises, and is returned on leaving if no damage is assessed.
