Home to the once endangered spider monkey, three-toed sloth, and lush tropical foliage, visitors have now migrated to this luxurious tropical site for destination weddings, retreats, and relaxation. Manuel Antonio offers some of the best sportfishing in the world, and the new marina has opened hundreds of miles of ocean that was nearly impossible to fish until now. "Punto de Vista" translated into English means "Point of View" relating to the pointed, ship-like design as well as its spectacular views. The Main Villa is the modern centerpiece of the complex featuring expansive ocean views, stone walls and floors, marble counters and sinks as well as tropical teak wood and cane ceiling finishes. There are ten deluxe bedrooms, all with ocean views, and the master bedroom with raised floors has a walk in closet and jacuzzi tub. The Gourmet Kosher Show Kitchen, centrally located and servicing the Events Terrace and bar, can be a focal point for congregation as well as for cooking shows or on-site cooking classes. The adjoining industrial kitchen provides overflow space and equipment for large events as well as a tropical, ocean-view "classroom" for more serious on-site cooking instruction.

The Below Canopy Zone occupies the ground floor and mezzanine levels of the main villa and consist of a Reception Lounge and Living Room/Event Space with large operable sliding glass corners bringing the ocean and jungle into this impressive double-height space. Perfect for receptions or parties, the space features a full bar with plasma TV and wine cellar, as well as immediate proximity to the pool and jungle terrace spaces. Wired for professional club sound, a DJ platform is in the mezzanine overhead. Colored LED lighting completes this perfect jungle pool party space. The pool area boasts both ocean views as well as an intimate connection with the jungle. A built-in underwater seating area as well as an infinity edge makes the coral stone-finished pool area truly unique.

The Above Canopy Zone occupies the top two floors of the villa including the building's rooftop deck. The Dining and Events Terrace is perched high on the fourth level, and can seat 50+ for dinner and shelter over a hundred for receptions in all weather. With perhaps the best view in the villa, the terrace features teak wood wrapped columns and beams as well as a pitched tropical woven ceiling with warm illumination. Serving the Dining and Events Terrace is the Terrace Bar. The Bar features a mirrored backdrop for reflecting the magnificent view as well as a Plasma TV.


The entire top floor of the villa is a rooftop deck with commanding views of picturesque Manuel Antonio Bay and the jungle canopy. This large, pointed space resembling the deck of a ship, features a complete bar as well as an infinity edge Jacuzzi cantilevered high over the entry water feature some 60 feet below! Featuring an "altar-like" platform to the Jacuzzi, the rooftop deck is perfect for weddings, small concerts, yoga and dance clinics and gatherings of all types.
