As a Realtor who has gained recognition from her peers and clients for her expertise in the real estate industry, Joanne has many awards that she has achieved throughout the years.

Joanne attributes her success to strong marketing and her association with brokers and clients nationally and internationally. She is member of FIABCI (International Real Estate Federation), Luxury Real Estate, Luxury Conclave, Luxury Institute, as well as top local real estate groups locally. 

The Scottsdale, Phoenix and Arizona Chamber of Commerce are associations that Joanne has enjoyed a relationship for many years.

Joanne specializes in exclusive golf properties and luxury homes from $400,000 - $5,000,000. Most of her listings are guard gated and many include golf membership. Due to her success, Joanne has two assistants and three buyer agents to help service her clients needs. Joanne produces her own Arizona Golf Properties & Luxury Homes magazine which is distributed internationally.
