Over the years we’ve built the company from one office serving Central Denver to three offices serving Metro Denver. Our average home sale is over $500,000, nearly twice that of the Metro area’s average home sale, which results in our reputation as a luxury market agency. Perry & Co. has successfully marketed and sold condominium units in over 38 different new build and converted multi-unit projects throughout Metro Denver. We’ve been a pioneer in successful project development from planning through to completion.
