They have been in real estate sales since 1987 successfully combining their careers with raising 4 daughters in this pristine area of Idaho. Don and Anne have had the pleasure of shepherding their small family business into a team of 25 associates occupying offices on the shores of Lake Coeur d'Alene and also in a Spokane, Washington office. Don is a licensed Broker in both states. Anne earned the Certified Commercial Investment Member (CCIM) Designation in 1997.  Anne is a founding member of the CDA Trader's Club, a local forum for exchange of real estate information and ideas. She serves on the board of the Coeur d'Alene Association of Realtors, and is a member of the Coeur d'Alene and Post Falls Chambers of Commerce. Don is a licensed appraiser in both Idaho and Washington. Lakeshore Realty is a full service real estate company serving the residential, commercial and investments needs in the Inland Northwest.
