Before settling in the San Ramon Valley, Ann Marie relocated many times, both nationally and internationally, and understands the challenges of moving across continents or simply across town.

Ann Marie began off her real estate career as "Rookie of the Year" and has received numerous awards since, most recently "Realtor of the Month" by the San Ramon Valley Marketing Association and "Top Listing Agent" and "Top Producing Agent" in her office. She is a member of the Contra Costa Association of Realtors and the San Ramon Valley Marketing Association. Ann Marie is also a certified "Fine Homes Specialist", representing distinctive properties and estates, and a "Relocation Specialist", trained by one of the nation's top Relocation Corporations. Ann Marie and her husband, Jim Walberg, are now growing their real estate business together as owners of "The Bay Area Team" at Keller Williams Realty. It has already become one of the most successful real estate teams in the Bay Area.

Ann Marie is a native Californian and grew up in San Marino in Southern California. Some of her many interests are giving back to her community, exploring the world, swimming, snow skiing, water skiing, gourmet cooking, collecting and drinking great wines, reading, and spending time with her husband and business partner, Jim, and her wonderful kids!
