“I am all about using the Internet and technology to conduct business more efficiently in today’s dynamic real estate market,” said 27-year-old Jacobson. “It’s a new world and that requires a new way of client communication and paperless transactions. This film allows me to share my perspective and reach people online, in the video medium they respond to. Plus, it was a lot of fun to shoot.”
In the short documentary that follows her through a day as a successful real estate professional, Jacobson explains to viewers her modern working strategies. The clip, called The New Way, serves as a virtual advertisement for her expertise and services as a REALTOR® in the changing marketplace. Jacobson is leading the way among real estate practitioners by embracing this medium as a promotional tool and helping her agents enhance and market their business. She was among the first paperless agents at Pacific Union with a focus on technology applications and mobile transactions.
